Mittenwald - Eineinhalb Jahre nach der erfolglosen Suche von Leon Giesen nach dem Nazi-Gold in Mittenwald glaubt nun Cyril Whistler, das Versteck zu kennen.
Mittenwalds Bürgermeister Adolf Hornsteiner erhielt vor wenigen Tagen Besuch. Cyril Whistler (46) aus dem niederländischen Arnheim wartete in seinem Amtszimmer mit einer unglaublichen Entdeckung auf: Er habe den Geheimcode der mysteriösen Partitur von „Marsch Impromtu“ entschlüsselt. Mit anderen Worten: Whistler weiß, wo der ominöse Nazi-Schatz in Mittenwald versteckt ist. „Ich finde auf den Zentimeter genau dort hin“, versichert der Geigenbauer und Musiker.

Yesterday I visited Mittenwald, the city of violins to speak to the mayor and to present him the very first copy of my book and to speak to him about the possibillities to investigate the location I think the manuscript "Marsch-Impromptu" leads to.

ARNHEM - De nazischat zal hij wellicht nooit opgraven. Maar de echte schat is klaar: met de gefilmde Symphony heeft de Arnhemse gitarist/componist/vioolbouwer Cyril Whistler zijn levenswerk Tears of the Wolf afgerond.

Musician and composer Cyril Whistler is a 53 year old musician from The Netherlands, who dedicates his life to music. He is a guitarist as well as a music teacher, violinist and violin maker. Whistler is the inventor of the “Violtar”, a six string electrical violin. To build his violins, Whistler exclusively uses wood that origins from the forest of Mittenwald in the south of Germany. Mittenwald is famous for its violin builders and Whistler’s love for the town even led to his choice of location to marry his wife in the year 2010. The rise of the story therefore is actually a logical consequence for Whistler. It has put him on the trail of the mythical search which resulted in a rock opera and the book Tears of the Wolf.
the plot
Tears of the Wolf is a tale that has to be told. The Trilogy Rock Opera is a story of the author’s love for the region of the Mittenwald and his interest in the mystery of Vikings, ancient runes, codes and a mythical treasure, called the Tears of the Wolf, referring to the 13 Teardrops of the Temple of Holy Wisdom in Miklagard.
The rise of the book
By investigating, a profound study and research during almost two years, Whistler has found the exact location of the treasure to the centimeter. It all started with finding the secret code hidden in the music score of the famous “Marsch Impromptu” by Gottfried Federlein that appeared on the internet in 2012.
